When contacting Hayneedle, two representatives assisted me with the return and no one offered any type of incentive or discount to re-order. I cancelled!! 3x to receive something that was to be a gift is very disappointing. This was my 1st order from Hayneedle and my last! Very poor quality, inspection of product and poor customer service.

We just got this desk delivered about an hour ago. I home school my 7 year old granddaughter and we needed a desk. She picked it out because of the pink color. It's really pretty. A soft pretty pink and cream. It's sturdy and I understand it's made from MDF which is great.The perfect size for a child or a teen. An adult could even use this desk also. So easy to put together. Everything just snaps together so you don't need any tools.Took about 15-20 minutes from start to finish. Couldn't be happier with my purchase. Don't know if it's easy to clean because we just got it. Looks like it would be though.

WE GAVE THIS ITEM TO OUR GRANDAUGHTER FOR HER 7TH bIRTHDAY. eVERYTHING WAS JUST AS THE PRODUCT DESC RIPTION SPECIFIED, EXCEPT IT TOOK A LITTLE MORE THAN 10 MINUTES TO PUT TOGETHER. wHILE IT'S TRUE IT DID NOT REQUIRE ANY TOOLS, FITTING THE PIECES TOGETHER WAS LIKE A PUZZLE. pROBABLY TOOK MORE LIKE AN HOUR. tHE INSTRUCTIONS WERE HELPFUL. sHE LOVES THE FINISHED PRODUCT.
