      Great Concept, Outstanding Web Page; too bad the product doesn't perform as well. For real emergency use only ~ better have a big closet!

      Would be a far better product with a locking brace instead of slide-out tray.

      Would recommend with proviso to retrofit as above!

        I just want to emphasize Rick from Grand Rapids, MI's comment. The drawer here is the main problem. The drawer will just "fall" out if you put too much pressure on it or do anything to make either of the sides "open" up a little too much. I'm very happy with the desk for the size and simplicity but expect to come up with a custom solution to secure the keyboard area. I've already had a disaster within 24 hours of set up.

        If the manufacturer or computerdesks.com has a solution, I would very much like to be informed of it. Seems like an extra 2 dollars of materials could easily fix this problem.

          I use this desk in my den at home. It works well in a small space. Just need it as a place to use my laptop. The design is attractive. The keyboard drawer is full width to easily handle keyboard and mouse.

          I ran into two problems with the desk:
          1. The back support brace was broken in shipping. I was able to glue it back together and it seems to be working well now.
          2. The keyboard drawer falls out of the glides if the folding side panels are extended all the way open. I have to keep the side panels pulled in about 1/2" on each side or the drawer falls out. A couple of shims in the right place take care of this.

          Despite the issues I am overall pleased with the unit and dollar for dollar, compared to other desks, it is a good option.
