I received my desk very quickly which was a pleasant surprise. Aside from the second shelf that was neglected in the assembly instructions, this desk was super easy to assemble (and disassemble thankfully to add in the missed shelf!) It seems fairly sturdy and my daughter loved helping build it and is already setting it up with her crafts and school supplies. Can't comment on cleaning it since it is still brand new ;)

I bought this desk for my 5th grade daughter's room and am very impressed. Thie picture makes you wonder how it could be at all sturdy but rest assured, it is. Great wood construction, good paint-job and nice features. Very impressed with the quality! She loves it.

i bought this desk just a little while ago and was very happy with its looks and how incredibly easy it was to assemble. it really only took 3 minutes. however, although my son isn't using it all that often it already has scratches on it. it's a childrens desk it should be much more sturdy. plus, the white counter isn't easy to clean and shows marks all the time. i'm a little worried what the desk might look like in a year or two.

The desk was very easy to put together, in fact my 10-year old daughter helped out which made it fun for both of us. The design is quite ingenious in that it requires no hardware--all the pieces fit/slide together via slots and channels in all of the pieces. So it is like putting together a puzzle--only easier! Nice surface finish and very solid/stable. [...] All-in-all: very nice!
