Her feet just touch the floor, so it should last a few years. We got an extra chair for me (mom) when I'm helping her, and it is plenty sturdy. It was easy to put together. And the quality is outstanding, which is very important to me.

      I was happily surprised when I opened the box. The wood is heavy and not cheap-looking. It was easy to assemble. My 7 year old said when he arrived home from school, "Grandpa, I love it!".
